Please refer to the map above.
At Clay Lane Apiary we have our beehives, storage sheds and a Clubhouse.

During the summer months we meet at 2.00pm on Saturdays to check on the hives and bees. Then return to the Clubhouse for a well earned cup of tea or coffee and cake and or biscuits, whilst discussing what we have seen and taking the opportunity to gain advice on  any matters concerning our own apiaries. So learning by practice and experiences.  We welcome experienced beekeepers and those who are interested in starting out to learn before setting up their own hives . The club has spare bee suits etc. so there is no initial need to purchase anything until you decide you definitely want to start beekeeping. All you need to bring is a pair of wellington boots enabling you to tuck in your bee suit to prevent bees crawling up your leg! Please feel free to come along and try the experience the wonderful world of beekeeping.
